Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to cancellation with the option to reschedule if client is late 15 minutes
or more. There is a $25 fee for all appointments that are missed with a 'No Call/No Show' with less than
a 24 hour notice.

All appointments require a NON refundable deposit from as little as $25
DEPOSITS ARE APPLY TO SERVICE PERFORM
For Booking your appointment:
Please ensure you leave a valid contact number and valid email address that we can contact you on if your number or email is not valid your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit not refunded.
We do allow customers to provide there own hair but this hair MUST MUST MUST match your own hair color and texture
For Hair extensions appointment We expect all clients to come with hair washed and ready for maintenance or install. If not a shampoo and style service is added into the appointment.
CONSULTATIONS
All consultatons are free and can often be done over the phone by sending us clear photos of your hair down your hair texture and colour.

Appointment could be refused if you:
1) Suffer from hairloss (wigs or weave will be advised)
2) Have a hair or scalp condition that is untreated or still being treated
3) Or if your hair is extremely damaged (wigs or weaves will be recommended)
ALL Frontals and Closures must arrive at the salon a minimum of 7 days before your appointment PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND APPOINTMENT DATE with your hair
